    The deal applies to the same item only. Just add 2 of any eligible item to your cart, and we’ll automatically include a 3rd portion for free—no code needed!

  • 2) When will my order ship?

    Our standard processing time is 1–3 business days. However, we always prioritize the health of your plants—so if there’s a postal holiday or severe weather in your area or ours, we may delay shipping slightly to ensure your plants arrive in the best possible condition.

    Can I request faster shipping or overnight delivery?
    If you need expedited shipping—like overnight or next-day delivery—don’t hesitate to reach out! We’re happy to accommodate special requests whenever possible. Just contact us before placing your order so we can make arrangements.

  • 3) Plants are DOA (dead on arrival), what do I do?

    If you selected Priority Shipping, your order is covered by our Live Arrival Guarantee. If your plants were delayed or damaged in transit, simply email us a photo of the issue on the day your order arrives, and we’ll reship your plants at no extra cost.

    If you chose a different shipping option, don’t worry—please still reach out. We handle these situations on a case-by-case basis and always aim to make things right.

  • 4) Are your plants snail/pest free?

    While we take great care in preparing our plants, only tissue-cultured (lab-grown) plants can be guaranteed 100% pest-free. We recommend practicing standard due diligence by cleaning and quarantining all live plants—regardless of the sourcebefore adding them to your aquarium. A little prevention goes a long way!

  • 5) Do you offer discounts for seniors, veterans, students, etc.?

    Yes, we do! Just send us an email—we’d be happy to discuss a discount that applies to your situation.

  • 6) Do you have a physical store?

    We don’t have a storefront at the moment, but if you’re local, we may be able to arrange a pickup—just reach out and we’ll do our best to accommodate you!
