This Listing: Choose First Class or Priority shipping for replacement items. If your item was a large pond plant (12 inches+), please select "Pond (Large item)" so we may be able to use the appropriate packing and shipping required for your item.
How it works:
Replacement items from us are free, but unfortunately the post office shipping services are not. This lets you purchase shipping to get your free replacements for DOA (dead on arrival). Simply purchase the listing option that fits your needs, leaving a "note to seller" mentioning items to be reshipped, and/or send us an accompanying message telling us what you'd like to be reshipped.
Please note, only items shipped with Priority come with our Live Plant Guarantee (due to changes at USPS resulting from Covid-19, we can no longer guarantee plants shipped with First Class shipping as transit times have increased). Priority Shipping is therefore required to claim DOA (Dead on Arrival) for full refunds/free reshipments.
