Description: There are only a few types of woods that are safe to be used in aquascapes, and other pet habitats, and spiderwood is one of those woods. Multiple pieces of spiderwood can be used together to create interesting and dynamic environments, especially when combined with plants. When submerged underwater, Spiderwood releases fewer tannins than other aquarium driftwoods (like Mopani), making it ideal for tanks where water clarity is desired.
