Our standard processing time is 1–3 business days. However, we always prioritize the health of your plants—so if there’s a postal holiday or severe weather in your area or ours, we may delay shipping slightly to ensure your plants arrive in the best possible condition.
Can I request faster shipping or overnight delivery?
If you need expedited shipping—like overnight or next-day delivery—don’t hesitate to reach out! We’re happy to accommodate special requests whenever possible. Just contact us before placing your order so we can make arrangements.
If your plants were delayed or damaged in transit, please email us a photo of the issue on the day your order arrives. If you selected Priority Shipping, your order is covered by our Live Arrival Guarantee; we’ll reship your plants at no extra cost to you!
If you chose a different shipping option, don’t worry—please still reach out. We handle these situations on a case-by-case basis and always aim to make things right.
- While we take great care in preparing our plants, only tissue-cultured (lab-grown) plants can be guaranteed 100% pest-free. We recommend practicing standard due diligence by cleaning and quarantining all live plants—regardless of the source—before adding them to your aquarium. A little prevention goes a long way!
